Membership Terms & Conditions
By enrolling as a member, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions:
1. Membership Agreement
Membership is voluntary and subject to approval. By joining, you agree to comply with all rules, policies, and community standards established by the organization.
2. Payments, Auto-Renewal & No Refunds
All membership fees are charged on a recurring basis (auto-pay). By enrolling, you authorize us to automatically charge your payment method.
Memberships renew automatically unless canceled prior to the next billing cycle.
All payments are final and non-refundable, including:
- Partial usage
- Missed events or benefits
- Failure to cancel before renewal
3. Information Sharing
By joining, you agree that certain personal and professional information (such as your name, contact details, and participation) may be shared with other members for networking and collaboration purposes.
We do not sell your personal data to third parties.
4. Media Release (Photos & Videos)
You grant us permission to capture and use your image, likeness, voice, and content in photos, videos, or recordings taken during events or activities.
These may be used for:
- Marketing and promotions
- Social media and digital platforms
- Website and advertising
You waive any right to compensation or approval of such materials.
5. Member Responsibilities
Members agree to:
- Stay informed by reviewing communications, updates, and activities
- Subscribe to and engage with newsletters and social media communities
- Participate in events when applicable
- Provide any materials or requirements based on their membership level
Failure to stay informed does not exempt members from these terms.
6. Events & Participation
Participation in events is voluntary. The organization is not responsible for injuries, losses, or damages that may occur during participation, except where required by law.
7. Code of Conduct
Members must act respectfully and professionally. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate membership without refund if a member:
- Engages in harmful, abusive, or inappropriate behavior
- Violates community standards
- Misuses member information or resources
8. Intellectual Property
All content, materials, and resources provided remain the property of the organization. Members may not copy, distribute, or use content without prior written permission.
9. Privacy & Data Use
By enrolling, you consent to the collection and use of your personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
10. Member Networking & Non-Solicitation
Members are encouraged to build professional relationships, generate leads, and conduct business with other members in a respectful and ethical manner.
However, members agree not to engage in inappropriate or abusive solicitation practices, including:
- Sending unsolicited bulk messages, spam, or aggressive sales pitches
- Harassing or pressuring other members for business
- Misusing member contact information obtained through the organization
- Promoting services in a way that disrupts events, discussions, or community spaces
- Recruiting members into competing organizations without permission
Business interactions must be consensual, respectful, and relationship-driven.
The organization reserves the right to determine what constitutes inappropriate solicitation and may suspend or terminate membership without refund for violations.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the organization shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including loss of profits, data, or business opportunities.
Total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by the member in the past twelve (12) months.
12. Dispute Resolution & Arbitration
Any disputes shall first be resolved through good-faith negotiation.
If unresolved, disputes will be settled through binding arbitration, not in court.
By agreeing, you waive:
- The right to file a lawsuit
- The right to participate in class actions
13. Age Requirement
Membership is limited to individuals 18 years or older. By enrolling, you confirm that you meet this requirement.
14. Force Majeure
We are not responsible for delays or failures caused by events beyond our control, including:
- Natural disasters
- Government actions
- Pandemics
- Technical failures
We may reschedule, modify, or cancel services or events without liability or refunds.
15. Cancellation Policy
You may cancel your membership at any time. However:
- Cancellation must be completed before your next billing date
- No refunds will be issued after a charge is processed
16. Modifications
We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued membership constitutes acceptance of any changes.
17. Disclaimer
All services, events, and benefits are provided “as is” without guarantees of specific results or outcomes.
We are not responsible for:
- Business, financial, or personal outcomes
- Interactions between members
- Third-party services or platforms
